ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • In the absence of O-Level English Language and Mathematics, the student is encouraged to register for NFC Business English and Business Calculations, respectively.
  • Basic knowledge of agriculture or animal science concepts (recommended but not required).
  • Ability to work in a farm or field setting.

Course Description

The HEXCO NFC Poultry Production course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to work in the poultry industry. The course covers a range of topics, including poultry breeds and nutrition, health and disease management, housing and equipment, egg and broiler production and management, breeding and genetics, marketing and business management, sustainable practices, and industry trends and innovations. Students will gain hands-on experience with industry-relevant tools and technologies.
